New Orleans Pelicans guard Lonzo Ball was ruled out for Wednesday’s home game against the Los Angeles Lakers because of a stomach virus, coach Alvin Gentry told reporters.
Ball was sent home from practice Tuesday because of the illness. Wednesday would’ve marked Ball’s first game against his former team.
He’s averaging 11.1 points and 5.7 assists in 11 games this season.
