KORE recently announced a definitive merger agreement with Cerberus Telecom Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company affiliated with Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. The combined company expects to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol KORE once the transaction is completed, which is expected in mid-2021.
