Torilena Fields was “confrontational” and “casting spells.”

Charges have been brought against a lady in Kentucky for allegedly dismembering her mother, whose body parts were discovered in and around her residence.

Torilena Fields, 32, is accused of abusing a corpse, interfering with tangible evidence, and impeding government activities. Given the investigation’s findings, she might be charged with more crimes.

Following a tip of a corpse, troopers from the Kentucky State Police were dispatched to a residence on Brierly Ridge Road in Mount Olivet just before 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, according to WCPO.

When the woman’s mother, Trudy Fields, sent a contractor to the house to handle some property maintenance, the contractor discovered the body parts and called the authorities.

He added that when he went around to the back of the house, he discovered drag marks in the grass, a blood-stained mattress, and a mound of hair that seemed to belong to Trudy Fields, who did not answer the door when he arrived.

The man told dispatchers that he went to the rear and followed the drag traces to a spot where he saw what looked to be Fields’s mutilated body lying in the grass.

When the troopers got there, they discovered Fields’ mutilated body next to a bloody mattress on the grass. On the back porch, the troopers also found another mattress and a stick smeared in blood.

There were several organs and body parts on one of the beds. Additionally, according to troopers, they took out a pot from the oven that contained human body parts.

The man informed the troopers that Trudy Fields had escorted him to her property gate the day before when he had last seen her. He stated the only individuals in the house were her and her daughter, Torilena Fields.

Additionally, according to him, Torilena Fields was “casting spells on them and being confrontational.”

The situation was attended to by the Special Response Team of the Kentucky State Police.

Around 11 p.m., according to the police, Torilena Fields resisted being forced out of the house when they entered. As a result, they had to deploy tear gas to get her out. Blood seemed to be on her hands, face, and clothes.

KSP said that Torilena Fields seemed to have blood on her hands, face, and clothing.

When troopers investigated the house, they discovered many body parts cooked inside the oven in a stainless steel pot.

Torilena Fields is at the Bourbon County Detention Center.
