The Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, who completed preventative chemotherapy four months ago is now prioritizing her physical and mental well-being.
According to an insider who revealed the news, the Princess is “looking after herself” in the new year with a fresh perspective on life.
In an interview with People Magazine, the friend of the Prince and Princess of Wales revealed, “She is looking after herself and is wise to do so.”
“She will know when she wakes up if she is well enough or not,” they added.
The comment comes after royal biographer Robert Hardman earlier revealed the Princess has not recovered fully despite completing her preventative chemotherapy.
An expert opinion encouraged not to look at the preventive because, apparently cancer doesn’t work like that.
The expert added “The details remain private but there’s no getting over the reality that it’s an unpredictable disease,”.
The princess in her message telling her fans that she had completed her treatment for the undisclosed type of cancer, Kate said, “Although I have finished chemotherapy, my path to healing and full recovery is long and I must continue to take each day as it comes.”
Mr. Hardman referring to Kate’s statement, said “The clue is in her phrase ‘one day at a time’ — that’s how she’s going to approach it”
The princess turned 43 yesterday, 9th January. The Prince of Wales shared a beautiful photo of her on Instagram warmly wishing his wife with an emotional message that read, “To the most incredible wife and mother. The strength you’ve shown over the last year has been remarkable. George, Charlotte, Louis and I are so proud of you. Happy Birthday, Catherine. We love you. W.”
