Iran has vowed to intervene if Israel’s incursion into Gaza continues, according to two diplomatic sources who talked to Axios.
This recent warning follows similar threats from Iran’s foreign minister, raising the prospect of a regional war.
According to Hossein Amir Abdollahian, if Israel does not stop its attacks on Gaza, the Lebanese terrorist group has “designed” and “prepared” situations, and “their finger is on the trigger to shoot.”
Israel has said that its soldiers are ready to launch a ground invasion of northern Gaza, hence the threats.
