Governor Gavin Newsom of California stated on Thursday that he had joined the Truth Social platform, which was founded by former President Donald Trump, to expose “Republican lies.”
During a video post, Newsom made the following statement: “I believe we’re all on this platform in search of the truth. However, I haven’t been able to come up with an explanation for why we have such a problem with murder in red states.
According to Newsom, eight of the ten states with the worst rates of homicide are governed by governors and legislators that are affiliated with the Republican party.
The narrator made this statement. “The response to that question is simple. What kinds of regulations and policies do those states have in place that may be causing such widespread death and destruction?”
