Flora Saini made her acting debut in the 1999 Telugu film Prema Kosam. The film’s producer renamed her Asha Saini. In the following three years, the actress appeared as a supporting actress in over a dozen Telugu-language films. She starred in the critically acclaimed film Narasimha Naidu (2002).
