Former Germany footballer and coach Didi Hamann has hailed Chelsea forward and Germany international Kai Havertz as one of the best players in the World.
Kai Havertz has faced some criticism following his lack of goals and assists this season. The German internationals’ poor form coincided with Chelsea’s struggle to win matches. The German icon said on BestGamblingSites: “I think Kai Havertz has been fantastic.
“What helps him is Mudryk being at the club now because he takes a bit of pressure and weight off his shoulders because he’s got another player who can create something, and he’s such a smart player.
“He has played as a center forward at times, which is probably not his preferred role, but he can play there. And with him, I just feel that he doesn’t know how good he is because, for me, he’s one of the best in the World.
“It may sound harsh saying this because he scored a winner in a Champions League final and he has done well for Chelsea, but I just feel he could do so much more because that’s how good he is.
“In the last few weeks he’s really come to the fore and, you know, maybe he’s adapted more to the club. He’s a fantastic player.”

“Declan Rice will be more suited at Chelsea. If he goes to Arsenal or Real Madrid, he would have a lot of players already pushing up, and he wouldn’t need to go up as much as he does now. He will be limited within his position and play with a handbrake on.
“Whereas at Chelsea – he would be more free to do what he wants. If he has some of the best players in the World in front of him – his only role would be to win the ball and get it moving quickly, whereas at this point in time, Chelsea need him to get involved.”
