A shooting outside a bar in Cleveland, Ohio, on Sunday evening left five people injured, including one person believed to be a suspect, officials say.
The shooting happened around 6:15 p.m. in the 1000 block of West 10th Street, near the central waterfront neighbourhood of The Flats.

According to the Cleveland Division of Police, an initial investigation suggests the shooting escalated from a dispute in a nearby bar.
In an email, the Cleveland Division Police told Fox News, “Preliminary investigation indicates that an altercation inside the nearby bar escalated outside, leading to the shooting.”
Officers say they received reports of shooting shortly after Cleveland Fire firefighters were alerted to the area due to bar congestion. According to authorities, firefighters also reported hearing gunfire.

Police responded to the location and treated five people, including a suspect.

According to police, the Cleveland Division of Emergency Medical Services transported all five victims to the hospital. Their conditions were not immediately released.
Officers did not make any arrests Sunday night but stated the investigation is still ongoing and further information would be released as it becomes available.
