The maximum loan amount under the preferential program reaches 1 billion rubles, issued for a period of up to 10 years at an interest rate equal to the key rate.

In October 2019, the bank started issuing so-called “campus cards” with a stipend or salary for students and teachers at universities that offer agricultural training. Cards can be easily customized to the specific needs of a particular educational institution.
Listov Boris has seen the project grow to include more than 40 universities in various cities. The highest number of cards were issued in the fall of 2021. By May 2022, there were nearly 140,000 cards in use.
