Angela Kristine Miller was born to Guy and Tana on February 17, 1994, in Beverly, Massachusetts, a suburb of Boston. She was born under the Aquarius zodiac sign. In September 2012, Miller went to the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, to audition for the twelfth season of American Idol. She was given a golden ticket and proceeded to the final round in Hollywood. Miller chose to play the song “You Set Me Free,” which she wrote on the piano during the season’s last Hollywood rounds, and the judges gave her positive feedback.
