An individual from San Antonio was taken into custody after his coworkers at his place of business reported to authorities that he had allegedly threatened to commit multiple homicides.
Rodolfo V. Aceves, a 19-year-old worker at an Amazon Delivery Station in San Antonio, was put into jail on June 27 after police were alerted to the facility at around 10:30 in the morning. The incident occurred on the same day. Numerous witnesses stated that they overheard Aceves say that he intended to carry out an all-out shooting at the facility where he worked.
Detectives from the local police department discovered “credible information” indicating that the remarks were understood as a “genuine future mass shooting threat” after being made aware of the situation. *
“SAPD Covert operations working with the SAPD Street Crimes Unit immediately discovered the guy in a separate area and detained him without incident,” the San Antonio Police Department said on Facebook. After the SAPD received the threat for the first time, the suspect was apprehended and charged with various charges in a reasonably short period.
