A Las Vegas woman is suspected of killing her own mother on Wednesday, allegedly with shards of shattered glass, after telling police during a previous arrest in late August that they were only keeping her because she was “beautiful looking.”

Hend Bustami, 28, is charged with open murder in Clark County for the death of her 61-year-old mother, Afaf Hussanen, at their Las Vegas home on October 26. According to county records, she is also accused of fleeing arrest in San Bernardino County, California.
According to a police report obtained by KLAS, Bustami purportedly told dispatchers on Wednesday, “I think I killed my mama,” before abruptly hanging up the phone.
The 28-year-old allegedly confessed to the murder on Wednesday morning, before California cops discovered her driving on a blood-splattered roadway. She then told police that she and her mother had gotten into a dispute, and she stabbed Hussanen with glass fragments, according to The News God.
