Donald Michael Santini was detained by police in San Diego, California, on June 7th, 1984, for the murder of Cynthia Ruth, a resident of Hillsborough County, Florida, who was 33 years old and whose body was found in a drainage ditch. The body of Cynthia Ruth was found in the ditch.
