Authorities said that a local rapper was killed in a drive-by shooting on Chicago’s South Side early on Friday morning.
According to a report, an FBG Cash truck that was parked close to a gas station was struck at least 13 times while it was there. According to The News God, the musician Tristian Hamilton, who was 31 years old, was pronounced dead at a local hospital after being taken there.
The article states that a woman in her twenties suffered injuries to her left arm and upper back and was taken to the same hospital, where her condition was described as being critical.
Authorities report that the event took place at approximately 5:30 a.m. Central Daylight Time. According to police, an unidentified black Cadillac with four doors is suspected of cutting off Hamilton when he was stuck in traffic. Both Hamilton and the woman were currently seated in their respective automobiles. According to the police report, two individuals jumped out of the vehicle and started firing their weapons.
The authorities claim that the cops found a total of 23 spent gunshot casings at the location.
