Authorities in California have a suspect in a murder case that has been open since 1988 but has never been solved. This is the first time that has ever happened.
According to a report from The News God, the Galt Police Chief Brian Kalinowski and the Sacramento County District Attorney Anne Marie Schubert named Terry Bramble as the principal suspect in the murder of Lucille Hultgren, who was 79 years old.
According to Kalinowski, after sexually abusing Hultgren in her own house when she was 32 years old, he proceeded to knife and strangle her to death before committing suicide.
