Three people have been killed and one other person critically injured from the same household after a shooting incident in the Northern Ireland county of Fermanagh, police said on Wednesday.
Police have launched a murder inquiry and are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the four persons who were shot at a residence in the small community of Maguiresbridge, around 25 miles from the Republic of Ireland border.

Police Service of Northern Ireland Superintendent Robert McGowan said in a statement, “This is a quiet, rural location and I am aware that this tragic event will have sent waves of sadness throughout the community.”
