The Olight Warrior 3S is the successor to the Warrior 3 with just one physical difference, and one new feature which is proximity sensor. All other specs, including lumen outputs and operations remain same as before.
Both these models update the famous M2R Pro warrior with a top output, and design changes to both the side switch and tail switch, yet retain the compact size, 21700 lithium-ion battery energy source and deeper knurling design.
It is capable of 2300 lumens output on the top turbo settings, before dropping down to 800 lumens after 2.5 minutes continue use, and then after a further two hours forty minutes the output will drop again 250 lumens to stop the LED from overheating. The LED has been replaced to a cool white LED, which gathered with a TIR reflector generates a standard defined hot spot with a spill light for a best all round beam profile, and can reach up to a highest of 300 metres beam range.

The indicators up the right hand side are indicators for battery level and the bottom first one shows 10-25 percent power, the second one is 25-50 percent power, the third one is 50-75 percent power and the fourth one is above 75 percent power.
Thermal management system
The Warrior 3S also specs a nifty proximity sensor that will mechanically decrease the output if the head of the flashlight becomes too near to an object when it is setting three or higher so that the heat expelled from the flashlight does not cause any issue.
