Officials claim that a Virginia man was arrested and prosecuted after allegedly inappropriately touching children twice at a pool in Loudoun County.
A total of four counts of assault were brought against Michael D. Taylor, 62, in relation to two incidents that happened on Friday and one that allegedly took place in December.
Around 6 a.m. on Friday, deputies from the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of an assault at the Claude Moore Park swimming pool in Sterling, Virginia.
According to the sheriff’s office, two kids reported that they were sexually touched on Friday in the pool.
Additionally, Taylor was discovered by the sheriff’s office to have inappropriately touched two kids at the pool in December.
In each occurrence, he is charged with two counts of assault.
Taylor is being held without bond after being taken to the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center.
According to the sheriff’s office, the investigation suggests there could be more suspects.
