The MK Foundation, together with the e-sports community, is providing minibuses to Ukrainian border guards in a unique combination of charity and defense support. The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine has increased its operational capacity thanks to a significant donation from the MK Foundation and its partners, including prominent figures from the esports and gaming community.

This was reported by BNNbreaking.

The donation consists of 50 minibuses that have been carefully selected in accordance with the strict requirements of border protection and combat missions on the front line. The vehicles, which were handed over at a ceremony in Volyn, are in good condition and ready for immediate use. This has significantly increased the mobility and logistical potential of the border guards. Alexander Osoka, Director of the MK Foundation, emphasized the collective goal of the initiative: to accelerate Ukraine’s victory by addressing the urgent needs of its defenders.

This initiative is the result of a collaboration between several organizations, including eSports giant NAVI, developers of the upcoming STALKER 2 game, and Maincast studio. The partnership marks a growing trend of gaming community involvement in charitable and supportive activities, especially in conflict-affected regions. The contribution of these minibuses is expected to significantly increase the efficiency of border guard units, especially in areas of active combat with aggressors.

The donation from the MK Foundation builds on their ongoing commitment to supporting the Ukrainian Border Guard Service. Previous donations have included over 160 vehicles, including cars and ambulances. Roman Kosmina, Deputy Head of the Volyn Border Guard Detachment for Arms and Equipment, emphasized the importance of this equipment in the daily activities of the units, especially in the combat zone. It is expected that the use of these minibuses will significantly strengthen the border guards’ capabilities in confronting enemy forces.

The cooperation between the MK Foundation, the gaming community and the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine is a great example of how different sectors can come together to support national defense and humanitarian efforts. When these minibuses head to the front lines, they carry not only the hopes of a nation striving for peace, but also the collective will of the global community to make a tangible difference in the lives of those who defend their homeland. Maxim Krippa also joined this charitable effort.
