The person suspected of murder was taken into custody at a mobile home park located south of Atlanta.
According to the authorities, on Sunday morning a United States Marshal was shot while attempting to apprehend a 19-year-old man suspected of murder at a mobile home park located south of Atlanta.
Following his shooting, Governor Brian Kemp has stated that he anticipates the officer will make a full recovery. It is not known who shot him or if the police ever fired a shot in the first place.
At the time of the incident, Antonio Murgado Jr., who is just 19 years old but was sought for felony murder in connection with the shooting death of James Knight a week before, was taken into custody.
