Mornings are ideal for getting a workout in because it is the only time most people have to themselves; however, as many of you have discovered, morning exercise is also an excellent way to set the tone for the day. Keeping a daily thankfulness notebook is one of my personal favorites. Make a list of three things you’re grateful for every day. While you can do this in the morning or evening, I like to do it in the evening because it is a nice way to end the day.

4. Sleep Well

Getting enough sleep is a terrific way to start your day off on the right foot. Most folks feel their best after 7-9 hours of sleep, but if you’re sick or routinely engage in a rigorous exercise like strength training, you may require more. While sleep may be difficult to come by in hectic times, it is critical for your physical and emotional wellbeing.

There are a lot of factors that can affect the quality and amount of your sleep, so identifying them might be beneficial. Next, figure out which of these things you can address, such as minimizing blue light exposure closer to bedtime or going to bed at a reasonable hour. After you’ve optimized your sleep routine, you’ll wake up each day feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day.

5. Take Supplements

To make your body stay active and to keep it moving you can consider taking supplements. Making this a habit and a routine will be really advantageous to your body and health. But taking supplements on a daily basis can be hard as they are like medicines, and taste bad and this could be an issue if you want to install this habit into your children’s routine.
