On Tuesday, a shooting occurred that included the grandson of Salvador Ramos, and the victim was his grandmother. She is in critical condition.
After undergoing surgery on Wednesday, the grandmother of deceased Uvalde elementary school shooter Salvador Ramos is currently recovering in a hospital in Texas; however, according to her husband, she is still unable to communicate following the procedure. Ramos was the shooter who killed 26 people at the school.
Following the previous day, Reyes’s great-grandmother, who was 66 years old at the time, was awake and cognizant but unable to talk on Thursday.
Reyes had a brief conversation with the authorities about the incident as he stood outside of his home in Uvalde, Texas, where Ramos had been living with the couple. On Tuesday, law enforcement officers shot and killed Ramos, 18, after it was reported that he had slain 19 students and two teachers at an elementary school in the area.
It has been reported that Ramos shot his grandmother in the face before the attack on the school, and he also allegedly posted messages on Facebook stating, “I’m going to shoot my grandmother.” Following the events of “I’ve shot my granny,” the next target will be an elementary school.
