A government official says that Border Patrol officers were able to “revive” a 4-month-old baby who had stopped breathing and needed medical help.
A four-month-old and an 18-month-old child were found abandoned in the sweltering desert of Arizona on Thursday, and authorities with the Border Patrol were able to save both of them.
