A government official says that Border Patrol officers were able to “revive” a 4-month-old baby who had stopped breathing and needed medical help.
A four-month-old and an 18-month-old child were found abandoned in the sweltering desert of Arizona on Thursday, and authorities with the Border Patrol were able to save both of them. Officials have used this event to talk about how cruel and “heartless” people who are involved in human trafficking are.
Yesterday, human traffickers left an infant and a toddler in the middle of the Sonoran Desert, according to a statement released by Tucson Sector Chief Patrol Agent John Modlin. This is an extreme example of cruelty. I mean, it’s a very severe ache. “
According to Modlin, the authorities responded swiftly, but when they got to the children, the newborn kid, who was only four months old at the time, had already passed away.
He explained that agents came upon an unresponsive newborn baby and, thankfully, we were able to revive her in time to avert the impending catastrophe. The inhumanity of those who carry illegal goods is incomprehensible.
