On Tuesday, the police in Texas and a suspect who had allegedly fired a weapon earlier in the day were eventually able to bring an end to a five-hour standoff that had been going on between them.
Juan Andres Rodriguez is accused of forcing his way into a home in Abilene, Texas, which is located west of Dallas, and then refusing to comply with the officers who were there to arrest him.
