Member of Parliament for Ablekuma West Constituency, Ursula Owusu-Ekuful, has described members of the Minority caucus in parliament as bunch of ignorant people who always act strange to make government unpopular.
The Communication Minister was reacting to the Minority boycotting the State of The Nation Address delivered by President Akufo-Addo.
She said the Minority are clueless, directionless, purposeless, aimless and visionless on how to manage the economy and so their action to boycott was not new to her because the minority do not have any interesting idea to bring to the table for discussion.
“Excuse me but I think the minority have taken leave of their senses,” she said on Joy News interview time after President Akufo-Addo’s 2020 State of the Nation Address.
“they are clueless, directionless, visionless and foculess on how to manage the economy and for that they don’t have anything to debate about that is why they boycotted parliament today”.
And she believes the boycott of the Minority will be a blessing for the NPP to win all seats that were left empty today.

The address which entails the current state of the nation is in accordance with Article 67 of the 1992 Constitution of the Republic of Ghana and the Standing Orders of the Parliament of Ghana.
President Akufo-Addo addressed Parliament today on the State Of the Nation(SONA) today at Parliament House in Accra.
