Payton Gendron is facing 10 counts of murder in connection with the incident that occurred at the Tops Friendly Market.
In the shooting that took place in a grocery store in Buffalo, New York, that resulted in the deaths of ten people and injuries to three more, a grand jury has returned an indictment charging the suspect with first-degree murder.
Payton Gendron had his first appearance in adult court on Thursday, which marked the beginning of his 18th year. Hackbush mentioned that the indictment was given to the prosecutors on Wednesday.
