When the masked attacker was last seen stabbing a stranger in Manhattan, he was getting off of a black E-bike and wearing nothing but his undies at the time.
An unidentified assailant with a large knife can be seen in a video that was provided by the New York Police Department. The video shows a man being attacked while he is walking along the street in Manhattan, New York.
In the video, the suspect’s face can be seen to be covered with what appears to be a balaclava. After getting off a black E-bike that was parked on the sidewalk of the Upper East Side at East 63rd Street and 3rd Avenue, law enforcement officers saw him make his way across to the sidewalk.

The video shows him wearing a baseball cap, a white mask, and white gloves, and he is seen clutching a brown paper bag in his hand. The defendant walks up to the victim, grabs a knife, and proceeds to repeatedly stab him in the back and left arm with it. Every single one of the assaults took place during the daytime hours.
