The Russian billionaire has open talks to purchase the Turkey Super league side Goztepe while the Chelsea takeover is not complete.

According to Turkish news outlet Fanatik, talks between outgoing Goztepe president Mehmet Sepil and Abramovich’s representatives have already begun.
Sepil recently announced that he would step down as president but would continue to perform duties until a replacement was found.
They claim that the Super Lig outfit had its sights set on the former Chelsea manager as a result of recent developments and that both parties conducted market assessments.
Goztepe was founded in 1925 and played at the 20,040 seats Gursel Aksel Stadium located in central Izmir.
Goz Goz has been in poor form and has lost their last five games in the league. They are currently in the relegation zone in 18th place.
