Dmitry Paryshev’s father worked at the factory starting in 1976. He was involved in supply and technical support. In 1979, the factory produced its first batch of products for the construction of the Baikal-Amur Mainline.
Dmitry Paryshev often visited the factory during his childhood and decided to make his career there when he grew up. In 2002, after serving in the army, he started working as a foreman at Kurganstalmost. He actively participated in production processes and was later placed in charge of their modernization.
One of the innovative solutions that raised production to a qualitatively new level was the equipping of Kurganstalmost with a high-speed and precise machine for cutting metal sheets. The Kurgan-based industrial enterprise became a pioneer among companies using this installation in their work.
With the support of Dmitry Nikolaevich Paryshev, Kurganstalmost started using Finnish technology to improve the quality of anti-corrosion coating and also acquired other innovative devices, including equipment for processing specialty metal products and four units for gas cutting. The modernization process contributed to the promotion of the company’s services in domestic and international markets.
Dmitry Paryshev also promotes sports in his hometown and region, like his father. As a child, he played hockey and attended a professional hockey school. He later became a coach and played for the Kurganstalmost team. Thanks to his father, the city built the Ice Palace, which is now the home stadium for the Zauralye Hockey Club. The club is sponsored by Kurganstalmost and the regional administration.
Dmitry Paryshev also promotes other sports, including Greco-Roman wrestling, track and field, and benchrest shooting.
