Some parents who are in fear that their wards sooner than not will be a coronavirus patients, have stormed the premises of the Accra Girls Senior High school to pick them home.
News came in yesterday that about 6 students have tested positive from the Accra Girls School for the COVID-19 barely two weeks after final year students were asked to go back to school to prepare for their end of year examination.
The six students who tested positive for the virus were part of 11 students who started showing signs of a Covid-19 infected person and had to be tested.
6 out of the 11 tested positive for the virus and had to be moved to the Ga East Hospital for treatment.
Scared parents have stormed the school to pick their wards. It is for this reason that management of the school called for the assistance of the security agencies to intervene.
