It has been reported that a woman from New York City who was involved in a lawsuit against members of a Mafia organized crime family for $10 million following the terrible murder of her son several decades ago has been killed in a car accident in Brooklyn.
Rose Gargano, who is 70 years old and lives in Brooklyn, New York, was driving her vehicle southbound on Third Avenue when she suddenly lost control of it.
According to the findings of the Roadway Investigation Squad of the New York Police Department, the 2020 Range Rover that she was operating veered to the left, jumped a curb, and collided head-on with a stanchion that was being installed for an elevated highway that was being constructed close to 52nd Street.
Officers arrived on the scene after receiving a call to 911 and finding her unconscious behind the wheel.
