According to the reports, a grandmother who resided in New York City and was 67 years old died after being struck by a car that was fleeing from law enforcement officials while traveling at a high rate of speed.
Lynn Christopher was taking her grandson, who was eight years old, for a walk in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn on Saturday evening around seven o’clock when she was struck and killed by a vehicle, according to reports from the media. Christopher was the grandmother of the child.
“They sped off and abandoned the bodies in the middle of the road in the space of a few breathless seconds. Who would do something like that?” Lesley, Christopher’s daughter, shared her thoughts with the media. “To decent people going about their everyday activities and only attempting to exist, what do you say? I don’t know what to say; I’m speechless.”
