In an exclusive interview with one of the media outlets, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy stated that if Republicans take control of the House, they will steer America in a “new direction” toward a “future that is built on freedom.” McCarthy also stated that there is “no place” where Republicans cannot compete on November 8.
McCarthy, R-Calif., said he is optimistic that the GOP will regain control of the House due to the candidates running this cycle during a campaign stop for Karoline Leavitt, the Republican contender for New Hampshire’s 1st Congressional District.
He stated, “The one thing you always have to keep in mind is that majorities are not given; they are earned. We should never take anything for granted, but I am encouraged by the caliber of the candidates from Rhode Island to New Hampshire to Connecticut to Oregon to Washington to Arizona to California.
“There is no location we can’t compete, and that’s what is thrilling,” he continued.
