A wanted criminal from Brazil who entered the United States through New York City made his home in Somerville, which is located in the state of Massachusetts.
A convicted child rapist turned illegal immigrant who entered the United States from New York had been hiding out in a sanctuary neighborhood in Massachusetts for years before his detention by ICE last week.
