Chambers was discovered dead at her house in Santa Clarita, California, on April 12, 2009. Marilyn Ann Taylor was recognized in documents discovered with her remains. Her 17-year-old daughter found her. According to the LA County Coroner’s autopsy, chambers died of a brain hemorrhage caused by an aneurysm connected to heart disease.
