In Chicago on Monday, an adult male made an attempt to kidnap a little boy who was 8 years old, and the local police are still hunting for him.
After 2:00 p.m., the boy and his guardian were out on a walk when a man in a blue four-door car came up next to them and reportedly tried to get the child to enter the vehicle.
