The oldest Kardashian sibling shared a nostalgic Instagram post commemorating the first anniversary of her collaboration with Dolce & Gabbana in creating her wedding dress for her upcoming May 2022 wedding.
The post included multiple photos of her wearing the white dress she chose for her marriage to musician Travis Barker and behind-the-scenes glimpses of the design process.
Recent photos reveal that Kardashian has been participating in Zoom calls with her team to finalize details for her veil, including a replica of Barker’s head tattoo. The photos also feature early sketches of the veil and dress and images of how they looked on Kardashian during her wedding day.

In the caption, she provided additional information about the custom outfit’s inspiration. She explained how she and Travis were watching Guns N’ Roses’ November Rain music video before getting engaged, and they both agreed it should be their wedding theme. The bride was wearing a short dress in the video, which sparked the idea for her own outfit. When @dolcegabbana suggested placing Travis’s head tattoo of the Virgin Mary on a handmade lace veil with the words from his tattoo: family, loyalty, and reverence, I got chills and realized how special that felt.”
