Kimberly Wyatt has elected to get sterilized at the delivery of her third child, so she won’t be having any more children. The Pussycat Dolls actress, who is competing in Dancing on Ice 2022, was so sure she didn’t want another kid that she requested sterilization during her Caesarean section with her third child Ford.
“Clamp ’em hard Jane!” is the last thing she remembers saying to her doctor, whose name was Jane. Kimberly has three children with her English model husband Max Rogers, whom she married in September 2013 after dating for two years. In February 2014, the pair married in a private ceremony with some well-known guests, including former bandmate Ashley Roberts and singer Sinitta.
Max, who previously served as a judge on Britain’s Next Top Model, has claimed to being her biggest supporter.
“I’m really proud of my wife and how she does things her way,” he told OK! magazine.
“Kimberly has accomplished extraordinary feats that few individuals can match. She is, in my opinion, the finest dancer who has ever lived, and that requires you to do things you’ve never done before. That’s how she goes about things.” Willow, six, Maple, five, and their two-year-old boy Ford, who appears to be their final child, are the couple’s children.
Kimberly admitted to the Loose Women panel at the end of last year that she and her husband hadn’t intended on having a third child so soon.
“Sustainability is such an important part of our emphasis as a marriage and as a family, and we’d had our two children and were really happy, so we spoke about waiting six to eight years and having the conversation and just being confident that we were done,” she added.
“But after a year or so with the second, we were like, ‘I believe we’re pretty well done,’ until number three came around.”
Max said, ” “We’re really delighted with our third kid, and it wasn’t out of the question that we wouldn’t have another one, but it would have been a little further down the road.
“So it was a pleasant surprise when he arrived, and yes, if we had been certain it would have just been two, it would have been a bit late, as you say.”
During her third C-section, Kimberly decided she didn’t want any more children. When asked by OK! Magazine if they planned to have a fourth child in 2019, Kimberly said: “No way! While I was in there, I had my tubes constricted.”
Max said, ” “We’re not taking any chances, so I’m getting a vasectomy as well. “I’m confident we’ll be together forever, but if we do separate for whatever reason, Kim won’t be allowed to have children with anyone else, so neither should I.”
Kimberly has lived in Surrey, England, with her family since 2010, with no intentions to return to the United States.
“I’ve been here for a long time now,” she told BANG Showbiz in 2013. And it’s here, more than anyplace else in the world, that I feel most at ease.
“I enjoy the people, the culture, and the fact that I can stroll to the stores.” I adore the small villages, wonderful food, and, of course, my lovely hubby!”
Being a family of five has its challenges, including “moments that may become disputes,” according to Max, but they check in when they need to get through it.
“I couldn’t do it without Max,” Kimberly added. One of our main objectives is to offer a good example for our children in terms of marriage and love. It’s difficult not to become lost in parenting, profession, and ourselves, therefore we must work on it.”
Kimberly has had to explain to Max why she is coming home with so many fingerprint marks since beginning training for the brand new series of Dancing on Ice.
The Pussycat Dolls singer has been putting in a lot of work in preparation for the skating act, and she joked about her friendship with veteran skater Mark Hanretty.
Kimberly acknowledged she’s been getting “continuous bruises” from the difficult show’s training, but it’s the fingerprint imprints on her thighs that she’s having difficulties explaining to her husband.
“There are always bruises,” she noted before her appearance on the program, “whether they’re self-inflicted from landing on the ice on your hip, knee, or elbows.”
“Or your partner’s fingerprints raising you. Coming home to my spouse and telling him we were simply dancing on ice, I literally had fingerprints all over my thighs and sides.”
Kimberly has previously stated that she wants to “push her body to its limits” on the show.
She stated, ” “As a performer, I’m looking forward to putting my body to the test again and pushing it to its limits, to get my legs moving and see whether I still have it. I’ll be 40 in February, and what a fantastic way to celebrate – hopefully skating on ice.”
