His death

On May 5, 2022, a lady who had spent the previous night with Samuels called 911 to report that he had fallen and had chest pains. She claimed that she had spent the last night with him. Samuels’ body was found inside the Atlanta condo he owned. Samuels was sent to the hospital as his health worsened, but he didn’t make it and died later.

News on July 18 revealed that Hypertension (high blood pressure) was the cause of death according to the autopsy obtained. The manner of the death was determined as natural.
