Ghana’s High Commissioner To UK & Ireland, Papa Owusu Ankomah, Tests Positive For Coronavirus

Reports reaching the desk of Thenewsgod has it that Ghana’s High Commissioner to the UK and Ireland, Papa Owusu Ankomah has tested positive for coronavirus.

According to the reports, the former Minister who is on a ventilator as of now tested for positive for the disease three (3) days ago.

A close family has also disclosed that the wife of the ambassador who showed symptoms of the disease earlier on has been quarantined awaiting to be tested.

The ambassador is said to have been admitted at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Royal Hospital where he is receiving treatment.

Ghana’s Coronavirus cases hit 387 with 6 deaths. The latest rise in confirmed cases of persons tested positive for the virus is as a result of contact tracing and enhanced testing.
