Authorities reported that a wanted guy from Florida was apprehended on Saturday when his phone alerted them to his whereabouts, which were in a business’ ceiling.
Joshua Garrett, 38, was taken into custody and charged with felony criminal mischief and resisting arrest, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were called to a disturbance between US 98 North and Duff Road in Lakeland, Florida, according to the sheriff’s office. The individual making the commotion, subsequently identified as Garrett, had departed the shop, according to what the deputies were informed when they arrived.
