Former Chelsea assistant coach Jody Morris had heaped praises on Chelsea left-back Reece James, claiming he is a total footballer and could play in different positions.
Many pundits had often pleased Reece James for his versatility. The England international can play as left-back, right-back, center-back, and as midfielder. They have also tipped him to be England’s number one left-back for World Cup in Qatar.
James was impressive in Chelsea’s 2-1 victory over Leicester City and assisted Raheem Sterling’s second goal.

Speaking on Stadium Astro, the former assistant coach for Frank Lampard said: “He can play on the right side of a back-three, right-wing back, right back, or in the midfield.
“I used to joke with him that we could play him up front and he’d still produce pure quality. That’s what he is. He’s just a total footballer.
“We’re blessed in this country with great right-backs but he was the best player on the pitch today in the first half. His range of passing really came into play.”
Meanwhile, Conor Gallagher has issued an apology to Chelsea following his red card.
Conor Gallagher was given his marching orders in the 28th minute after a poor tackle on Harvey Barnes. The blues were able to win the game by 2-1 thanks to second-half goals from Raheem Sterling.
