Following a months-long undercover investigation undertaken by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, three men were arrested in Florida on child pornography charges, and a fourth man is facing drug-related charges.
Allen Wright, Brandon Wiseman, and Carson Moore Jr. were detained for child pornography, while Matthew Williamson was charged with marijuana possession and trafficking, according to the sheriff’s office.
Moore was also charged with possessing photographs and films of animal sexual conduct.
Deputies arrested Wright, Wiseman, and Moore as part of the “Peer-to-Prison” operation after discovering hundreds of photographs and videos of child pornography in their hands. During the inquiry, deputies discovered that Williamson had committed drug-related felonies, according to the sheriff’s office.
“We will continue to protect Hillsborough County from those who commit these crimes against minors. Sheriff Chad Chronister said in a statement, “We stand firm on our commitment to protect our community.” “We will relentlessly pursue those who threaten our children and ensure they face the repercussions for their actions.”
Wright, 69, is accused of 100 counts each of possessing child pornography (10 or more images and the content of the images) and transmitting it inside the state via an electronic device.
Moore, 60, was charged with 100 counts of possessing child pornography (10 or more images and content of images), 11 counts of filming, distributing, or possessing an image or video depicting sexual activity with an animal, and two counts of transmitting child pornography within the state using an electronic device.
Williamson, 34, was accused of trafficking methamphetamine on one count and possessing drug paraphernalia on another.
