Manchester United is keen to bring in the Coach whose contract expires in 2023, so that he will have enough time to prepare his team for next season.

What happens to Ralf  Rangnick?

Manchester United interim manager, who the club snatched from Lokomotiv Moscow in December 2021 to take charge of the team until the end of the season and guide them to a top four finish.

He took over as manager after Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was fired by Manchester United after failing to win a trophy during his tenure and some poor results in his final season, which saw the club drop multiple places in the Premier League table.

The 63-year-old German is likely to stay at Manchester as their sporting director or serve as a consultant for 2 years as stipulated in his contract.

According to sources, his role will most likely revolve around sharing insights on innovation, scouting, and connecting the club with bright football minds rather than fundamentally changing their set-up.

Rangnick’s in-depth knowledge of the squad and what it takes to build a strong collective for a progressive on-field identity will be used by United.
