The 19-year-old has been tipped for a big-money move from Borussia Dortmund next summer.
European Elite clubs are already monitoring the situation of the England international at Borussia Dortmund. The Bundesliga club is rumored to have placed a £130 million price tag on the England youngster.
Real Madrid, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, and Chelsea are interested in Jude Bellingham.
However, former England Goalkeeper David James believes Jude Bellingham will snub Liverpool, Manchester City, and Chelsea if Real Madrid comes calling.
What did David James say?
The former England manager said via GGRecon: “I believe he warrants that price tag.
“He’s 19 years old, he’s played over 100 games and has 16 International caps. I think he’s mustard.
“Having met him and spoken to him, and also taking into account that I know people who work with him, he’s the most grounded 19-year-old in football.
“He’s a highly, highly, talented footballer that understands the game so well. What more do you want from a midfielder?
“£130 million isn’t a ridiculous price tag at all. He went to Germany during covid, which was a very difficult time, and he’s embraced it.
“It’s proven to be the right move because his game has improved.
“I think if Real Madrid came calling, as much as I’d love to see him in the Premier League, I’m sure that would be a move that he’d greatly accept.
“I’m sure Dortmund will be upset that they’ve lost three of their best players in a two-year period. The world’s Jude Bellingham’s oyster.”
Meanwhile, David James believes Jude Bellingham is the type of player Liverpool wants in their Team.
The former Goalkeeper said in an interview with Liverpool Echoes: “Yes, well I say all out for, Jude Bellingham as a player is exceptional, given his age and everything. He’s an exceptional talent.
“But more importantly, having done an interview with him once, as a character he is fantastic. I think again, the idea of just seeing someone’s player status and performances on a football pitch, via video or whatever, you want to know what the person is like.
“From my experience with Jude Bellingham, he is the type of character that you want to bring into the Liverpool squad. Then you add his ability and you have got in a way a double power. But I’m not here to say that Liverpool needs to lose a player and replace him with Jude Bellingham.
“I think with the quality of the squad and the quality of the coaching staff, Liverpool have already got a side that is capable of competing, but if they can add to that, all well and good.”
The 19-year- old has continued his impressive form with Borussia Dortmund to the England National Team following an impressive performance against Italy and Germany in the Nations Leagues.
