Popular businessman and philanthropist Oscar Yao Doe has mount pressure on the Information Minister, Mr Kojo Oppong Nkrumah to as a matter of urgency to come out and refute reports that figures him in the Galamsey saga.
Oscar Yao Do made the revelation this afternoon on his Facebook timeline. Mr Oscar expressed his admiration for the Information Minister, describing him as a”nice gentleman”.He said:
“The only person I am saddened most about in the ongoing galamsey scandal is The Honourable information Minister Kojo Oppong Nkrumah. Because these gentlemen is known to be very decent and most importantly he was developed and work for many years at one of Ghana’s most credible, honest, authentic, accurate, truthful news house JOYFM .
Since Ghana entered the 4th Republic JOYFM, PEACEFM, RADIO GOLD have played a very important role in our Democratic dispensation and the consolidation of our Democracy, we thank Them Dearly.

So therefore if the accusation circulating that Honourable Kojo Oppong Nkrumah also took part of the Galamsey booty is not true then I am pleading with Him to come out with a direct statement to refuse the allegation.
If it’s true he took part in this disgraceful act against fellow Ghanaians then he should do the honourable thing and resign immediately.
Because we cannot accept such character to speak for Ghana. No way. I pray it’s not True.
