Chelsea began pre-season on Monday at the Chobham training center in preparation for their pre-season tour in the US.
The Blues finished third in the Premier League last season and will be hoping to have a better pre-season to prepare for the Premier League and the Champions League next season.
The last time Chelsea won the Premier League was in 2017 under Antonio Conte and will be seeking to break the dominance of Manchester City and Liverpool for the last five seasons as the two clubs have monopolized the league.
England duo Callum Hudson-Odoi and Ben Chilwell who missed the greater part of last season through injury will be on the plane for the Us tour after recovering from injury. Ben Chilwell managed only 13 appearances for Chelsea scoring three goals in the process.
Callum Hudson-Odoi also played 28 matches in all competition for Chelsea last season scoring three goals.
Included in the squad for the US tour is Billy Gilmour who played on loan at Norwich City last season, Conor Gallagher was at Crystal Palace last season, Ethan Amapdu was loaned to Venezia, Emerson was at Lyon, Michy Batshuayi was loaned to Beşiktaş, Tino Anjorin and Levi Colwill were loaned to Championship side Huddersfield Town on loan.
Two Academy players Teddy Sharman and Harvey Vale are also part of the squad.

Chelsea transfer business
Chelsea is expected to announce the signing of Raheem Sterling next week after agreeing to £ 45 million transfer fees with Manchester City. Personal terms between Chelsea and Sterling has already been agreed.
They are negotiating with Manchester City for Dutch international Nathan Ake. there are reports that Chelsea has agreed on personal terms with Nathan Ake but is yet to agree on transfer fees with Manchester City. The Citizens has placed a price tag of £45 million on the Dutch international.
There were reported that Chelsea Co-owner Toddy who doubles as the acting Chairman and sporting director met with Cristiano Ronaldo’s agent Jorge Mendes over a possible move to Chelsea after the five-time Ballon d’Or winner has expressed his intention to leave Manchester United.
Todd Boehly also had dinner with Barcelona president Joan Laporta on Thursday.
There were rumors that it was to discuss the possible transfer of Marcos Alonso and Cesar Azpilicueta to Barcelona.
And, Possibly discuss Frenkie de Jong as Chelsea is set to hijack Manchester United’s move for the Dutch international.
