Traversing into The Burning Crusade for the first time can be exciting, though there are some tips that you should take with you beforehand. Preparing accordingly with your WoW TBC gold and more will help you last much longer in the expansion, so check out the following tips to help get you started.
Flying Mounts
One of the main goals for some players is to obtain their own flying mount. Asides from them getting you around much easier, they are also a requirement for accessing certain areas. To gain access to the likes of the Tempest Keep dungeons and raids, you’re going to need this mount, as well as getting the Charizard achievement from the Arcatraz dungeon. Certain quests need to be completed, but you’ll also require 900 TBC Classic gold.
It doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to buy WoW TBC gold, but this option could help you. There may be other accounts that have mounts attached to them, so you could always buy WoW TBC accounts too if you like.
Preparing for Rep Gains with Dungeons
Later on in the game, you are going to benefit by having good reputations with certain factions. You can get started on this early on, going into the likes of the Slave Pens, Blood Furnace and Hellfire Ramparts to get a head start on rep for later on.
The reason as to why this is important is that when you’re into the higher levels, the amount of reputation that you earn from every kill is very low. With that in mind, it’s a good idea to begin now and farm the rep as you progress. Beginning with lower-level dungeons is a viable option until you reach being honoured, after which you will need to go into higher level dungeons to continue your progression.
Save Your Quests for Later
This is completely optional depending on how you want to approach the game. But if you were to focus more on getting rep from dungeons and saving your quests until level 70, then there are a couple of advantages. Since by this point the reputation we get from dungeons practically depletes, we can then make the most of what quests have to offer us. What’s more, you will also get more WoW TBC gold as well at this point, since the currency is offered as a quest reward after reaching this level.
Level in Your Own Time
Even though we have discussed the potential benefits that you can receive from reaching level 70, there is still no actual rush to get there. As mentioned, it’s going to be important to get as much reputation with factions as you can. This should be your main goal for the time being, because it will save you a heck of a lot of time when you do finally hit level 70.
Changes to Professions and Classes
We used to see the likes of Engineering being the most effective professions prior to the expansion. However, there seems to be a lot more balance now. Leatherworking is still useful thanks to the drums of battle that you can make, plus Tailoring and Blacksmithing will be consistently useful to you.
Perhaps one of the most surprising changes to be made is Warlocks and Hunters now being the best classes for dungeon DPS. These were previously positions that were held be Rogues and Warriors, but there has certainly been a change up this time around. That said, it would still be fair to say that both Rogues and Warriors are still extremely popular even now, meaning that it might be harder for you to get into a raid group if you’re playing as one. This is important knowledge to have, especially if you’re going to be engaging in Burning Crusade power leveling too.
There is plenty for you to be looking forward to when you are playing WoW TBC. That said, knowing some key facts is going to go a really long way, especially when it comes to earning TBC gold and grinding through TBC power leveling. Key changes have been made to the game as a result of the release of the expansion. Many experiences await you, but you want to avoid your progression coming to a grinding halt for whatever reason. With that in mind, take the tips that you have found above and you will hopefully be able to get the absolute most out of what The Burning Crusade brings to new and returning players alike.
