Officials said that 26-year-old Kiara Lee was arrested on Tuesday night and charged with giving marijuana-containing products and electronic cigarettes to Penn Wood Middle School pupils.
According to Fox 29 Philadelphia, police received an allegation from a student claiming that Lee routinely used marijuana with fellow pupils and gave them vape pens on many occasions.
